Below are some common questions.

Any and all activities that you participated in during your high school years, and maybe some prior to that, pertinent to the college and scholarship application process such as:

You can also upload documents and pictures that pertain to each of these categories to highlight your work and pad your portfolio .... Good Job! 

Under My Account after you enter the Students name, you can add a "Deed".  You choose a Deed Name (such as Honor Roll), pick the Deed Category from the drop down (Academics), and enter the Deed Date.  In the Deed Details section you can add notes and details about that event.  Then you have the option of adding a YouTube Link or uploading an image or document/PDF to that Deed.

Example: Deed Name - Home Run, Deed Category - Sports, Deed Date - date, enter details in the Deed Details section, and if it was recorded and you put it on your YouTube channel, include the link

Example: Deed Name - Meals on Wheels, Deed Category - Community Service, Deed Date - date, enter details in the Deed Details section.  Make sure you snap a pic and upload the image here to show your community service.  

Anything you would like to be able to show in your scholarship or college application.  Anything that highlights YOU, especially if it will make you stand out in the crowd!

Currently, the database doesn't have the capability to upload video content directly to it so we recommend using a YouTube account or Vimeo and just attach the link to that category in your account.  

Yes, is formatted for all devices - desktop, tablet, laptop, and all mobile smartphones.  

You can choose from our monthly subscription for $5.95 a month or save over $20 by joining us yearly for $49.95.  Either subscription is for a family, up to 5 students. accepts all credit / debit cards - MC, VISA, Discover, AMEX 

Your subscription will automatically renew based on the option you chose, either monthly or annually.  A receipt will be emailed to you from [email protected]

Yes, you will receive a receipt via email from [email protected] 

It will automatically renew and charge your account on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subsciption you chose.  

Under My Account:

Edit Account - you can change your email, name and password.

Edit Billing - you can update your billing address and payment information.   

You may cancel your account at any time prior to it renewing. Refunds will not be given after payment is made.

If you wish to reactivate your subscription, you may do so at any time by logging back in and submitting payment.  

If your account has been cancelled by, you will receive a prorated refund, depending on when the subscription renewed and when the account was cancelled. 

Once you log in, go to your My Account page, click Edit Billing and at the bottom is a cancel account link.  Click that link, then it will ask you to confirm your cancellation by clicking the Cancel Account button.

If you wish to reactivate your subscription, you may do so at any time by logging back in and submitting payment.  

If you can't remember your password, Click here to recover it.

You will receive an email with your current password.  You can change it at any time from your My Account page.
